23 trading ideas tested. One survived. All of it is here.
I test trading ideas on Indian stocks, on my own. Before I run a test I write down what I am testing and what counts as passing. Then I run it once and publish the result, pass or fail. Most of them fail, and those are on the list too. No real money is involved.

The full list is on the Ledger. That is the most useful page here. The one idea that passed is now beingtested forward on new data, against pass marks I published before the test started.
What this is not
- A track record
- All numbers here come from simulations. I have never used real money.
- Advice
- No tips and no recommendations. I am not a registered adviser.
- A data shop
- Nothing is for sale and there is nothing to download.
- Proof that any of this works
- The first real test result comes around February 2027.

I set the pass mark first, then failed it twice in one day
Why writing down what counts as success before you look at the result is the only defence against your own reasoning, and what it costs to run tests you are allowed to fail.

How I built survivorship-free NSE data from free bhavcopy files
Why most Indian stock datasets quietly flatter every backtest, how to rebuild ten years of history that does not, and the eight-month hole my own tests found in my own archive.
